When the first Kindergarten in Norway opened in 2003, our founders Hans Jacob and Randi Sundby had a vision to develop and lead nurseries where children feel and know that they are valuable. The first nursery started with 50 students and 15 adults using a holistic approach to early childhood education. At Dibber, children could become the best version of themselves through playful learning, interaction and mastery. In this very first preschool this is where they started using a holistic approach to early childhood education.

Purpose

We develop lifelong learners with a heart for the world! 

At Dibber, we understand that for children to enjoy learning, it has to become a part of life. A structured atmosphere alone cannot successfully make this happen and so, it becomes imperative that they learn from their surroundings as well. Along with acquiring knowledge, we wish our children to be kind and empathetic to everyone and everything around them.
